The Redeemed Christian Bible College is the theological institution of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. We offer our students with the biblical and practical foundations for effective gospel ministry and leadership development. Our College aims to provide the best possible training for ministers and the laity as an interdenominational theological institution.

Theological training in our institution increases the knowledge of God and his Word in the life of our students, and develops their ability to share that knowledge with people around them. The teaching staff team at the Redeemed Christian Bible College bring together many different gifts, including academic ability and pastoral experience.

The wholehearted commitment of the members of our faculty makes our learning community a distinctive place to be. Our training philosophy entails integrating theory with practice which is vocationally proficient. We achieve this through:

1. Integrated learning approach of academic and praxis in order to facilitate holistic training of our ministers and the laity.
2. Provision of learning opportunities for our students beyond the class room through mentoring opportunities within and outside the ministry context.
3. Consistently prodding our students to be contextually astute and faithful to the biblical worldview.
